Background
Managing Director, Athan Giannikos, was the founding director of Agiacon Pty Ltd in 2005 (ultimately AgiaconGrid Pty Ltd). Athan grew the company very quickly to become one of the leading award winning firms in the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

In 2009 Athan sold his interests in AgiaconGrid Pty Ltd with a clear vision of getting back to competitive pricing and personal service. As the sole director and shareholder, Athan founded Agia Projects with a long term view to maintaining a small “boutique” construction firm without the “Boutique” price tag.
