A cutting edge BNA design and Agia Projects fitout for this cutting edge management consulting organisation.
The existing tenancy was completely stripped out to make way for the client's vision of  boutique hotel meets contemporary workspace.
The elegant design reflects the personality and style of the client along with borrowing heavily from the company's branding.
As has become our trademark, the brief was simple: Highest Quality Product in Shortest Possible Time. Tireless effort went into ensuring the highly detailed finish was achieved.
The Alignment Partnership continued operations from the premises throughout the construction process, which attracted a focus on reducing client impact to a minimum.
A full rebuild of all services was also included in the fitout, including State of the art Audio Visual package, Air-conditioning, Lighting and Data.
On arrival, visitors instantly feel they are somewhere special, with the combination of the sharp design of the entry, the sound of lounge music and the carefully chosen and placed artwork. The use of high gloss finishes and simple, contrasting colour scheme complete the picture. 
The open layout of the office provides the flexibility needed for the company, with a focal point being the open meeting space, which can be converted quickly to an enclosed space, with the use of concealed doors. To one side, is  the board room which caters to local meetings as well as utilising a video conferencing system. Next to this, are two meeting rooms which also received specialty treatment, including hand painted TAP logo detail to the ceilings.
Moving to the business end of the office, we find the workstation area and Managing Director's office, with custom joinery throughout and open plan layout providing the flexible functionality required. The clean lines, attention to detail and choice of materials again convey the fresh and contemporary personality of the client.
