Agia Projects, is a company specialising in architectural luxury residential construction, detailed bespoke joinery and custom metalwork, with an award-winning portfolio of significant houses and custom-made installations designed by leading Australian architects.
Agia’s mission is to deliver an end-to-end residential construction and manufacturing solutions, without compromise to quality, craftsmanship and client experience.
Founder of Agia Projects, Athan Giannikos started the company’s journey in 2009 representing a client for two years on one of Australia’s most complex, heritage listed residences in Vaucluse. This formed the foundation of Agia’s journey in the construction of high-end residencies within the Eastern Suburbs, Greater Sydney and Hunter Valley. Agia’s multi-award-winning projects have proudly won six MBA NSW Housing Excellence Awards.
Agia Projects was built upon Athan’s adage:
“from day one my only constant has been quality”.
Agia has nurtured an in-house artisanal collective to integrate craftsmanship into every layer of the project. This provides clients with the highest quality joinery and metalwork, through our investment into the companies longstanding joinery and metalwork shops. This is carried out through Agia’s cohesive on-staff team of dedicated and skilled craftsmen.
