Cove House
Agia Projects structurally repositioned this 1990's residence overlooking Middle Harbour. The project involved new bathrooms, kitchen, master suite and outdoor areas, including an outdoor kitchen and bar. A complete strip out, new finishes package throughout and upgrade of all electrics to full electrical automation, transformed this residency into a modern haven.
