Capitalising Sydney Harbour views, whilst increasing privacy throughout the property was vital to the brief. In working with Palazzo Disegno, Agia Projects provided structural, construction and design expertise.

Highly bespoke design selections required extensive prototyping to achieve world‐class finishes, high quality and reliability expected across each element of this project. These selections required importation of massive span single glass for seamless views, highly detailed book‐matched and carefully selected imported stone for floors, walls, stairs and joinery. Design resolution for brass detailing was found throughout the stone walls of the residence and multi‐faceted finishes.

The challenges arisen included dilapidation in many areas of this site, extensive waterproofing problems, structural renovation and rectification to achieve the architect and designer’s vision for the residence’s extensively repurposed design.
